Terms of service
These are the terms that apply when you order from The Size Run. We have written them in plain language rather than in a wall of capital letters, because you should be able to read them.

Who you are dealing with
The Size Run is a trade name of Factory Road LLC, based in Naperville, Illinois. You can reach us at hello@thesizerun.com or (847) 224-8510.
What we do
We organize group apparel orders. You choose a garment and provide artwork. We open a store for your group, collect individual orders and payments through it, place a single wholesale order for blank garments, have them decorated by a contract printer, and ship the finished order to you.
We do not manufacture garments and we do not decorate them ourselves. We are responsible to you for the order as a whole regardless.
Quotes and prices
Prices shown on this site are starting points, not offers. A binding price is the one we give you in writing for your specific order, and it depends on the garment, the quantity, and the artwork.
Blank garment costs move. If a quote is more than thirty days old we may need to re-quote, and we will tell you before anything is charged.
Orders and payment
Each member of your group pays for their own item at the time they order it. A store closes on the date agreed with the organizer. Once it closes, the order goes to production and can no longer be changed.
If an order does not reach a quantity where production makes sense, we will contact the organizer to agree what happens next rather than proceeding. Where an order is cancelled before production begins, payments are refunded.
Your artwork
You keep ownership of your artwork. By sending it to us you confirm that you have the right to use it and to have it printed, and you authorise us to reproduce it on the garments you order and to share it with the contract printer who does the decoration.
We will not use your artwork for anything else, or show your order as an example of our work, without asking you first.
We may decline artwork that we believe infringes someone else’s rights, and we will explain why rather than simply refusing.
Delivery
Orders ship to the organizer as a single consignment, bagged and labelled per person. We will give you a production and delivery estimate for your order in writing. Estimates depend on garment availability and on the decorator’s schedule, and are not guarantees.
Returns
Decorated garments cannot be returned to the distributor, so our returns policy is limited to defects and misprints. It is set out in full on our returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Limits
Where an order is defective or misprinted, our responsibility is to replace the affected items or refund what you paid for them. We are not responsible for indirect losses — for example, the cost of an event going ahead without the shirts.
Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it. The date at the top tells you when this version was written.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
