What we collect

When you fill in the form on this site, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your organization’s name and what kind of group it is.
• Roughly how many people, and when you need the order.
• What you told us you are making, and how you heard about us.

That is all. There is no account to create, and we do not ask for payment details on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to quote your order. That is the only reason. We use it to answer your enquiry, and to contact you about the order it relates to.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider, and they sit in our email inbox. This site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers process the request.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. If your order goes ahead, we share what the contract printer and the shipper need — typically names and sizes for labelling, and a delivery address.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. We use Vercel’s built-in aggregate traffic measurement, which tells us how many people visited a page and nothing about who they are.

How long we keep it

Enquiries live in our email. We keep them while there is a reasonable chance of doing business together, and records of completed orders for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

Email hello@thesizerun.com and ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, and we will not make it difficult.

Children

This site is aimed at the adults who organize group orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Where an order involves youth sizes, the names we handle for labelling come from the organizer, not from the children themselves.
